Privacy and Terms.

Two documents on one page. Privacy first — what we collect, why, and what you can do about it. Terms below — the agreement between you and ZeroConfines when you use the site, take the Ops Health Check, or download a kit.

§ 01Overview.

Placeholder · lawyer review ZeroConfines is a publishing and diagnostic service operated by Legal entity name based in City, State. We collect a deliberately small amount of data — only what we need to operate the site, run the Ops Health Check, send the email newsletter, and respond to inquiries. We do not sell data, ever.

This policy applies to the website at zeroconfines.com and any subdomains operated by us. It does not cover third-party sites we link to.

§ 02What we collect.

From every visitor

  • Standard server logs · IP address · user agent · referring URL · timestamp. Retention: 30 days.
  • Anonymous analytics events via Google Analytics. Subject to GA's privacy controls.

When you take the Ops Health Check

  • Your responses to the 12 questions.
  • The operating-stage you selected.
  • Your email address — required to receive your full report.
  • Time stamps on submit + completion duration.

When you subscribe to the newsletter

  • Your email address. We use Beehiiv as our delivery provider; their privacy policy also applies.

When you contact us

  • Whatever you tell us — your name, email, message contents.

§ 03Why we collect it.

Placeholder · lawyer review We collect data for three reasons, in this order: operating the service, improving the service, and contacting you only when you've asked us to. We do not collect data for advertising, third-party sale, or aggregation into a profile beyond what's necessary to deliver your Ops Health Check report.

§ 04Who we share it with.

A short list of operational subprocessors:

  • Supabase — database + auth. US-hosted.
  • Vercel — hosting and edge functions.
  • Beehiiv — newsletter delivery.
  • Anthropic / Claude API — when we generate your personalized Ops Check narrative.
  • Google Analytics — anonymous usage analytics.

We do not share data with advertising platforms. We do not sell data.

§ 05How long we keep it.

  • Server logs · 30 days.
  • Ops Check responses + reports · indefinitely, so you can return to your historical reports. Deletable on request.
  • Newsletter subscribers · until you unsubscribe.
  • Contact form messages · 2 years.
  • Analytics data · per Google Analytics' default retention (currently 14 months).

§ 06Your rights.

Regardless of where you live, you can ask us to:

  • Show you what data we have on you.
  • Correct anything inaccurate.
  • Delete it.
  • Stop processing it.
  • Export it in a portable format.

Email info@zeroconfines.comwith the subject line "Privacy request" and we'll respond within 30 days. Add GDPR-specific clause if EU traffic exceeds threshold. Add CCPA-specific clause for California residents.

§ 07Cookies + tracking.

We use cookies for three things: keeping you logged in, remembering your Ops Health Check progress, and anonymous analytics. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
